Ingredients:
½ tbsp butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1½ tsp cornflour
2 cups milk
2 tbsp sugar
10 mini Reese's peanut butter cups
1 tsp peanut butter (optional)
Method:
In a saucepan, on medium to low heat, melt the butter.
Add the cornflour and mix well, until a roux is formed.
Add the milk. Stir constantly.
Add the cocoa powder and sugar and keep mixing until the mixture starts to thicken slightly. (optional: add a tsp of creamy peanut butter)
Add the chocolate of your choice. We used mini Reese's peanut butter cups.
Stir until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture is silky smooth.
