Ingredients:
230 gr butter
175 gr good quality chocolate
200 gr sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
65 gr flour
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Butter a dish and coat lightly with some flour.
In a small pot, melt butter and chocolate over medium-low heat, stirring well until you obtain a nicely blended and silky mixture.
Remove the chocolate-butter mixture from the heat and add the sugar and the vanilla extract.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Stir in the flour.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
Bake in the oven for about 45-55 minutes or until the brownie is dry on top.
Let it cool and cut into squares.
Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
