Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients


  • 4 oranges

  • 1 banana, peeled

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • water


Method


  1. Start by slicing the oranges in half and juicing them.

  2. In a blender, add the orange juice, the banana and the mixed berries. Blend until smooth.

  3. Taste the smoothie and add some water if necessary. Blend again.

  4. Serve immediately.

  5. Enjoy :)
